    Hello,

    I am trying to update the Magnis theme, following the instruccions you gave me but I can´t.

    I attach you the message that appears when I do.

    I need to update the Theme because the appearence changed when I recently updated the Visual composer pluggin and the preview is totally diferent from what I see in the wordpress editor.

    Hi, 

    You can always update by simply overriding all files via FTP or SFTP.

    • Step 1: Download and unzip the “Installable Wordpress file only” from ThemeForest

    • Step 2: Access your server via FTP or SFTP (if you aren’t sure how usually your webhost will have instructions somewhere on their site)
    • Step 3: Upload to wp-content/themes/
    • Step 4: Delete and override the “magnis” folder files with the new ones downloaded in step 1.

    Remember backup theme before override theme.

    If you didn't edit any files in folder "magnis" theme, it's no problem.

    You should backup old theme, if there is any issues, you can upload back.

    Hello,

    I have followed all the steps. I have updated the theme and reinstalled the VC pluggin, but now I can´t see the buttons in he preview but I see it in the wordpress editor.

    I attach the preview.

    Hello,

    After update theme finish, you need install all plugin required by in backend admin -> Appearance -> Installed plugins -> Install and active plugin Redux Framework : http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1806423/55e98ca84780c83af6fe9f08dd346bc4
