As you can see the words are spanning across the main sidebar. Any idea how to fix this?

One more question. When I'm scrolled all the way to the top on any page - the services sub menu won't stay open to select the sub menu pages. I have to scroll the page slightly in order to get it to stay open?

I can't screen shot the issue because the issue lies within hovering over the services tab on the menu at the header and then trying to select a sub menu page. The submenu disappears whenever you hover over it.
