I have pages for parent menu items "Our Process" and "Services", but they do not go to those pages when clicked. Link is there, just not active. Please advise? I am using child theme, so would like to know what changes to make (if change is in javascript file) so that my changes won't disappear in any future revisions.
And just so I understand properly, if there is an update to the theme in future, this file that you attached is what you will use going forward, yes? So the change will stay with parent Insight theme?

You need update file insight.js
open file theme/insight/js/insight.js and replace
