I want to use the courses homepage but I need to the english homepage to show the english featured courses and in the greek homepage to show the greek featured courses, using the OT featured courses from WP Bakery. Can you help me to separate them?

You should use multi-language plugin for your website. Don't show by category.
You can use WPML or Polylang plugin.
