Under the opening slider are four image icons with text that were added using Essential Grid Custom Settings; Life, Career, Executive and Business. When clicking on the More button under any of these icons a pop-up window with text displays. However, when you try to close (x out) the pop-up it does not immediately close and go back to the Home page. It must be pressed at least 4 times. I originally thought that maybe it had something to do with the 4 icons, but then a circle arrow animation would appear and spin.
I have attached 2 screenshots that display this repeated behaviors after doing this several times (they are attached as B and C).
In addition, client wanted to be able to copy the functionality of these icons under the slider and duplicate them onto other areas of the Home page, but are not able to do so.
In the last two screenshots; screenshot titled 2 displays desired behavior while screenshot 3 shows attempts to copy and repeat below in another area and are not successful.
Would appreciate any advice on correcting these issues. Thank you in advance for your support.

In regards to your last sentence answer of 'want to copy functionality for OT Feature Box element?' I actually want to be able to copy the Ess Grid Icons and their animation effects as shown in attachments 1 and then 2 to be able to display on other areas of the website with new desired icons and text.
The current icons in OT Feature Box as shown as attachments 3 and 4 does not provide similar desired function like Ess Grid Icon above. There i is just a slight subtle shaking movement with these icons.
My designer tried to copy the Ess Grid icons above and move them down further the page to see if we could duplicate the action. Both he and client have attempted to do this several times, but no luck getting desired action (applied as attachment #3 from 1st e-mail showing ) We simply cannot copy and paste the Ess Grid from above and bring it to another area to duplicate over OT Essential Feature Box.

That's issue Essential Grid plugin, you can try contact with author plugin.
Or you can remove more button.

copied to another section: I tried copying to another section and found it worked fine. (see attachment)
copy function like Ess Grid for OT feature. Now, mentor theme don't support this function. It's custom issue.
