I have tried to do as you said, but google asks me for a billing account, and when I try to add my credit card (which I use also for iTunes and Envato) it doesn't accept it. I have also tried another credit card.
So I'm stuck, and the plugin you posted here as well, is a php file which I don't know what to do with it.
If you see in the footer, a message appears on the map, I don't know how to fix it.
