I just purchased the theme, completed the install per your video at the youtube url:
This video goes blank in the middle to the configuration setup. After installation the site does not have any navigation menu items nor any of the animation effects are present. Additionally, the is no shopping cart for e-commerce, I do see within your zip files there is a child theme named "cloudme-child.zip" however on the imports chosen within your video you list the "cloudme.zip" to be selected and do not reference the child theme at all. Please send me the proper instructions to install and add all elements to properly setup this theme. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for the reply, however I can easily check the primary menu box however your import did not in fact create the primary menu with the pages not add any animation effects to those pages. Am I missing something here, your demonstration and advertisement claim to be a one click import which should have developed and deployed the desired effects of your demonstration site http://demo.vegatheme.com/cloudme/# Currently I have a static page and will need to build out the rest of the pages for the desired result. What is needed to have the animation effects take place on this theme?

- Please go to Menus and tick Primary Menu (see attach image)
- Shopping cart for e-commerce: you need to install WHMCS and WHMCS Bridge. please read documentation
- You can use child theme or no. Just upload and active like main theme, it's very easy.

Sometime menu is not checked, i don't know why. But i will check import demo plugin.
And about animation, because Visual Composer had some change, animation is missing when import demo.
Now you can add again in each columns.
