I haven't heard a response on my last ticket so I started a new one. But this was my question -
I know how to change the header image after I've created a page but I don't know how to change the default header image. I just want it to automatically use my own image when I create a page so if I forget to change it, it doesn't show the cross image or for example when someone searching and you get the page not found screen (see example below). I definitely don't want it to show the cross image because it doesn't go with the content of my website at all.

Okay great! I downloaded the new version from Theme Forest. I want to install it but I'm not sure how to do that in wordpress. I can't see where to uninstall the old version of the theme so I can actually install the new one. It won't let me install the new one because I already installed it. Any advice, is there a video tutorial on this somewhere?
Please read more this tutorial, how to setup theme automatically update:
Okay, I followed your steps and changed my default header image. But it still didn't work. See screen shot below?
