    Hello,

We checked your site and there is an error while loading page,

    http://prntscr.com/hpv60d

Please contact your hosting provider to ask this.

    Thanks.

I believe another check is required as the error reported is not reproducible on our end. Nor were there any steps to repo what is shown in the screenshot. Please take a look at the screenshot attached. This is the error. If this is not something you can fix or support please let me know so I can start the request for a refund with OceanThemes.

    Hello,

This is not an issue of the theme. This issue relate your hosting and WHMCS, because we tried use your WHMCS link and it is working fine.

Besides, you can go the link below to get refund.

    Thanks.

I have checked with the hosting provider and the there are no issues. They have reported that they are getting the same error shown in my last reply. They are able to reproduce the error I showed in the screenshot but the one you have posted. This is indeed an issue with the theme or plugin for whmcs. The theme purchased is on the main url and the billing portal is on subdomain. This is really holding site launch back.

We tried to help you resolve this but it is impossible. We entered your WHMCS link to our demo and it works. Or enter our WHMCS link to your demo, it doesn't work. So, we think that the issue is in your hosting or WHMCS Bridge plugin.

    Thanks.

Wanted to provide an update in the event anyone needs to reference similar issues.

I looked a bit further into the plugins used and found that one of the plugins installed indeed use Yoast SEO. The plugin which used Yoast SEO was JetPack by Wordpress.
    Items that fixed my case:
    - updating Jetpack to Version 5.6.1
    - Changing WHMCS Settings - > Important for Bridge Free users: Make sure you are using "Basic URLs" (WHMCS Admin >       General Settings > Basic Url) --> Free Users
    - Using WHMCS Bridge Version 4.3.1

Here is my support case for reference with the plugin... https://goo.gl/HjSPWd
