Hello I am working on a site that alreay has a ton of content. I purchased your theme to update this site. I do not want to import all of your demo content and lose everything on this site. I tried to create a new page as you described in your documentation... Use the "Home Page" template. This does not exist. See image. Do you have the templates for the site or have another way of importing the pages without losing all of my data? Otherwise I will need a refund.

when you import demo, old data(page, post,..) not lose. It'll change layout and style according to mentor theme.
Templates in the old theme will be lost and you can only use templates in the mentor theme. So you impossible use page template in old theme.
