Dear Author, i’ve purchased your template. I’ve experienced an issue when i try to add “Post category” field inside the Grid Editor (Visual composer menu). If I refer to a custom post type (portfolio in my case) the category is not shown.

I want to add a "Post Grid" (is like a "portfolio filter" but i can show just some portfolio items filtered by tag) - Image 1 - 

I've selected a custom grid element template built by "Grid Builder". 

Inside this tool i want to show post category and i added the component.  - Image 2

The category is not shown. Probably is a problem of "custom post type" - Image 3

Probably there is a misunderstanding. Post grid give me the opportunity to filter post by category but the grid builder is not showing the category inside the layout.

Everything is working except the category label grid builder.

So i think you don't need to develop another shortcode because post grid works well.
