Portfolio and Plugin issues

    Hi,

    I updated the theme from 2.0 to the latest. I also updated the plugins and I am experiencing issues. The portfolio is opening in another screen, the styling doesn't seem to be correct also. Additionally, the client logos are stacking and not go the full width as they did before. The final thing is the process selector, I am unable to click on the various processes.

    Please let me know how I can resolve these issues. Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Note: Remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    Read more update guide: https://oceanthemes.ticksy.com/article/9458/

    Thank you

    Hi,

    Thank you. That resolved almost all of the issues.

    I am still not understanding why the portfolio items are opening into a new page instead of a lightbox. Any configuration help would be appreciated. I am using 'OT Portfolio Filter'. Do I need to be using something else.

    Thanks so much!

    You want portfolio open on lightbox?

    So you need go to your Archi Options -> Portfolio Settings -> http://prntscr.com/fzw8jq

    Thank you

    Perfect! Thank you.

    I did have one final question. On the individual pages (not the homepage) when I scroll the header is different from the homepage. When I scroll on the internal pages the Archi logo appears, this is a new thing. Also, the header for the internal pages is transparent, which is what I prefer, not solid like the homepage.

    Thanks again for your time.

    Hello,

    We have improved a lot for the header on homepage and inner pages.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    I updated the header - I had to do it in the images folder on FTP.

    Also, there are some major issues with my admin-ajax.php file. When I try to update client logos using the OT client plugin it gives me a 404 error in the console.  I am unable to update images.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I believe this is my last issue with the new updates.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Please check your hosting, I just active WooCommerce plugin and test, but your website is down.

    You need use a hosting better for WordPress.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    Not sure why you would enable woocommerce. There is a specific reason as to why this isn't enabled on my site.

    I also don't think it's appropriate to deflect and say that it is at the fault of my hosting plan.

    Woocommece should not affect admin php when the issue with that file is just on this one widget.

    I will correct the problem and let you know when it is back in order.

    Hello,

    I want to active woocommerce and through WooCommerce setting page, I will be able to check your hosting, whether it has minimum requirements for using WordPress.

    Hi,

    I upgraded the hosting. The site is up and running now.

    Please let me know how to resolve the admin php issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    I resolved the issue by upping the hosting PHP allocation and CPU. I believe that resolves all of the issues with this problem.

    I did have some styling issues with the mobile screen size and a slight 'blemish' on the process circles (image attached). The first green circle is not quite a circle. On the mobile phone (I tested with an iPhone 7), the header image on the home page seems to not cover the contact button making it hard to see. Is there a solution to this?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    You can add css code here http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/431375/60a65bbd73398f66ec983fe267a49737

    .de_tab .de_nav li:first-child span {
        border-left: 1px solid transparent;
    }

    Thank you

    Great!

    Any idea why the header image on the homepage is too short on mobile? On mobile the contact us button gets lost.

    Thanks!
