I replaced the color.php file, but the only change I noticed is that now I can change the footer background color... I really need to change the theme's buttons colors and the other features.
Now I just remembered that I had to install the theme manually through the ftp server, because I was unable to install it in the wp platform. Do you think that I need to reinstal the whole theme again? I'm afraid to do it and loose the data I already inputed in a third party plugin called "WP Google Maps Pro" and the pages plus categories, etc...

I tried in all possible ways, but I cannot change the Biss Theme default color.]
The only color that I was able to change was the basic font color...
I wish to change the buttons, background and all other features colors.
I believe there is a bug in the theme installation or something else.

Seem, you installed not right folder.
Right folder : theme/biss/framework/color.php
Maybe, you need to install again.

Your folder theme is wrong, you need move your folder theme to path : wp-content/themes/
That right: wp-content/themes/biss/framework/color.php
Not right : wp-content/themes/biss/biss/framework/color.php
Not duplicate two folder same name "biss" : /biss/biss/ and just need /biss/
