I just received an email that there is a theme update, i am a little concerned, how do i go about applying the updated theme file and is it going to remove everything i have already applied to the theme, I don't really want to lose any work i have already done using the theme, Please advise.
Download theme with latest version "All files & Documentation" and unzip theme package to a folder :https://themeforest.net/downloads
Download old theme on your hosting and place on your computer (use for backup if new theme is have issues)
If you have customize some files old theme and you need save it on your computer
Delete old theme via FTP or backend dashboard and Upload new theme to your hosting with path : wp-content/themes/ and active new theme in backend dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes -> new theme -> active
