    Hi,

I created a ticket Thursday, got a reply and it has since disappeared so let me try again....

Our site is hosted on a private server currently whilst we build it out - the WHMCS bridge is not working, see screenshot below -

You replied saying "please do exactly follow these images.. whmcs6png, whmcs601.png, whmocs602.png and whmocs-page.png"

What do you mean? Do these need to be loaded on the local site or from billing? The Cloudmewhmcs theme is installed.

.. Please could you be more precise with what you mean? We are followed the guide as per your instructions. We use WHMCS V6 - is this supported by your theme?

Our billing platform is hosted on a separate sub-domain but my assumption based upon using other themes is this shouldn't affect the bridge.

    Thanks,

    James

    Hi,

If you wanna your website likes as our demo http://demo.vegatheme.com/cloudme/whmcs-bridge/

You need to do exactly attach images: all data will be load from WHMCS and the Cloudmewhmcs template will be  installed.

This theme has supported WHMCS v6, so don't worry.

    Hi,

I have tried following your documentation and the screenshots you provided - still does not work with v6 of whmcs.

The main website and billing are on separate accounts. Please see attached screenshots of settings / outcome.

    Hi,

We are not prepared to share these with a third party, considering your support system broke and completely lost our original ticket...

    Any other suggestions?

    Hey,

We don't share our WHMCS details with third parties (sorry just rule of thumb). Any other ideas that we can try?

    Thanks,

    James

    hey,

found the issue, if Portal theme exists in /templates folder on WHMCS it won't work - all good :)
