Google Page Speed Insights shows that the site is performing relatively poorly, especially on mobile. Can you give insight into ways that this can be improved, please?

Hi,
Sorry, we can't help you this problem on mobile but you can use 2 these plugins:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
And you should not use big size images.

W3 Total Cache is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Do you have any alternative suggestions?
All of the images on my site have been optimized for web. The performance issues are not due to image sizing.

WP Super Cache is also not available on the latest version of WordPress.

I don't understand.
It's compatible with WP 5.0.3 now.
