I install theme in my wordpress and after that i install all plugins and after that I activate all plugins every thing is fine but when i try to import demo deta my all texts,pictures and animations are impoted to my site but theme background remains the same like dark. “ BACKGROUND DID NOT CHANGE “. And “ FOOTER ALSO DID NOT IMPORT ”.

I install this plugin but i dont know how to use this plugin and how to transfer customizer.dat file in folder data-export in package download.
I have two issues
1: background remains dark on every style
2: footer didn’t import to site
