Hi. Than ks for your help finding demo content yesterday. But now I have 127 pages! I wanted to see all designed pages as options to build my site on – 127 pages!

Also, I try to set-up a coming soon page – where to update/set the timer? I try to edit and backend edit states I have blank page.

    Please help!

    Thank you.

Hi and thanks again - helpful.

I have deleted all pages/demo imports.

So, I must now choose just ONE of your demos to work with?

What if I like a feature from another demo? Can I find that feature and import that page or feature?.. or just whole demo?

BTW: I cannot read the documentation properly... it is just long blocks of text. See attached.

    Hello,

1, The documentation is just basic and it helps you get website like web demo and you can customize those basics.

2, Please read more all tips to help you build your website faster: https://oceanthemes.ticksy.com/articles/100004710

3, To using the elements or any pages of the demo site for your website, you need install all demos on localhost and copy code to your primary website.

    Thank you

I still cannot find answer to one key question:

Do I install ALL demos or just one demo to work with?

Nowhere is this clear - your video is out of date I think and documentation a mass of unclear text which I cannot go through. Sorry to ask again - I have looked and cannot find answer.

Thanks in advance - I am very hopeful your theme will be better than the rubbish I have bought before. :-)

...and now I am trying to empty previously loaded Archi content. Had to delete all menus because they were crazy with 40+ items.

Now the footer is crazy with 5+ footers!

Again - I see no previous issue in the search part of this site.

    HELP!

    Hello,

If you keep importing new demo data without deleting the old demo data, the number of menus, posts, pages, portfolios, serivces, etc... will increase.

Please delete the old demo data before importing new demo data for your site, use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

I have solution for you, please do follow me.

1, Import a demo version for your primary website (import one demo only): http://prntscr.com/jfxdqe

-> Archi dark or Archi light or Fresh or Fullscreen or Landing product or Portfolio minimal or Side navigation dark or Side navigation light

2, Import any demo version you want on secondary website and copy shortcode into primary website.

3, If you still not understand, please let me know.

    Thank you

    Hi - thanks for this.

I now want to change the theme demo version I work with... or at least the home page to the Masonry Home.

Q1: do I have to do a full WP reset to clear previous demo?

Q2: "Import any demo version you want on secondary website and copy shortcode into primary website." ... where/how can I set-up this secondary site?

    Thanks again as ever

...or can you just give me the code for the http://demo.archiwp.com/index-masonry-white/ homepage? :-)

    Hello,

Create new web test and import demo content you want, find shortcode and copy to primary website.

    Example:

    - You have primary website: domain-name.com

    - Secondary website for test purpo: test.domain-name.com -> Import demo you want on this site.

    Thank you

  • JonSid replied

Well.... I followed the instructions but the result is not really very good.

Please advise or, better still, just enable every page layout in all demos or page-by-page importing.

Let me know clearly what your difficulties are? Be clear on each of your issues for me and I will try to help you solve the problem, Thanks

  • JonSid replied

I followed your instructions with new theme installation on a sub domain. I installed the Masonry Light demo content and copied/pasted the cosde as you told me. The screen shot I sent you shows that this is not really looking anything like the Masonry light demo.

    That's the problem.

    Hi,

I'm hard to explain to you understand, Copy the code of the other demos' home page, you will also need to setup each portfolio to get the demo site you want.

Check Portfolio on on a sub domain you have install demo for a look.

    Thank you

  • JonSid replied

Hi. Wow, this is proving tough.

I followed all your instructions below and get a nice looking page on the subdomain http://test.studiohamilton.co.uk/

I cope the code for this and get a page which looks like the image I uploaded below. They look nothing like each other!!

I have looked in 'Portfolio' and also in 'Archi Options' > 'Portfolio' etc. I see nothing clear to change the layout nor which explains the collapse of the Masonary effect of the Masonery Light Home Page.

Can you not see the problem and advise me correctly?

  • JonSid replied

Hi. I am sorry but this really doesn't help at all: https://studiohamilton.co.uk/homepage-new/ you can see towards the bottom that this is now even more of a mess. I thought I would get the masonry just as http://test.studiohamilton.co.uk/.

I am finding this a little demoralising now because it's not easy to get the demo content - even when I folloow instructions.

Please do not using the both OT Portfolio filter and OT Portfolio Masonry on same page: http://prntscr.com/jywvq9 and http://prntscr.com/jywvtb , it's conflict js.

  • JonSid replied

Hi. I am STILL having a nightmare with Masonry.

    1. I removed the conflicting Portfolio from same page; thanks for that.

    2. I made the Masonry portfolio 4x columns BUT then it shows only two columns?!

    3. I think to myslef, "OK. They want me to play a kind of wierd tetris by resizing the thumbnail pics in the portfolio." This is a long route but I try it.... it doesn't seem to work.

Q: do you have a vide tutorial on this masonry option? It really is a headache.

If not PLEASE tell me how I can quickly [or automatically] get my page to look like yours and the masonry portfolio to actually work.

    Thank you.
