The theme does not have enough page templates. I need page templates to be added. A left sidebar template and a template with both right and left sidebar on a single page. Also the option to remove page titles, header and/or footer would be nice for creating landing pages.

I know you understand what I am asking for.  first you insist I come here to submit a ticket then you simply tell me what I obviously know already before I asked the question.  Why waste 24 hours of my productive time?  Either you care what customers need or you don't.  Time is precious.  Also you can't think that after we pay for a premium theme, proper templates or controls of individual pages are not absolutely important.  I need to make  these settings different on every page I create.  Almost all of the 100 themes I have bought here on Codecanyon have these settings available when creating a page.  I suggest you guys don't be lazy and step up the standard.  I would like my review to have more than 1or 2 stars.  How many do you think this deserves right now?
