    Good day,

We installed the theme on a demo site first before we can migrate to production. We have now moved over to the production site www.hometownglory.co.za and now we are unable to edit using visual composer. Please may you assit us with the regard as we need to make some changes urgently on the website.

Hi, i checked on some other computers but don't see any issue.

You can try delete Visual Composer and reinstall it.

  • Mannase72 replied

Hi, are you testing with our login details ?

I have also tried on difference computers and i get the same issue. It deosnt make sense why it works on your side and not on ours.

Also, will re-installing it not going to crush the website ? the last time we did that we had problems.

  • Mannase72 replied

Please see other issues we are noticing attached, we try add an image and it is not visible. I tested different images

    Hi,

    - You can reinstall Visual Composer, don't worry, all data will not be missing.

    - Please try active default theme, if still issue, this is not theme bug. We'll contact Visual Composer help you.

  • Mannase72 replied

we have re-installed it and that didn't do anything

Please can you login and do it for us as we have been sending back and forth emails and we are still not getting anywhere

Also why is this visual composer an old version instead of a new one ?

    Hi,

I don't know what domain do you want to use.

     http://www.hometownglory.co.za

    or

    http://www.hometown.milestonedigital.co.za

But i saw one thing strange.

Please reset 2 website and start with one.

    Hi

Guys, I informed you in the beginning that we have moved from the deme site hometown.milestonedigital.co.za to www.hometownglory.co.za which is our live site and this is where we are experiencing issues.

Please confirm what you mean by reset

    Hi,

If you haven't used this site: hometown.milestonedigital.co.za

Try reset all data and delete buildpro theme now. Remember export data before.

Then setup and install your website on new domain again.

    Hi,

Your response is unacceptable. We keep going round and round in circles and you still can't point us in the dirrection of what the issue is. Which language do you guys understand better?

www.hometownglory.co.za is the new live website and how do we re-install the website on a website that is already live ? Do you understand that means downtime for a customer?

Guys, you type of service is really unacceptable

    Hi, please relax.

Really this is not theme bug because when i active default theme(not our theme) in your backend, still issue.

I sent you a screenshot. I don't understand your hosting system.

     http://www.hometownglory.co.za and http://www.hometown.milestonedigital.co.za

I think you should contact your hosting manager to be help. We can't help you this problem.

  • Mannase72 replied

I must relax? you don't have a customer screaming at you like i do.

What does a url have anything to do with editing the website and uploading images? We are unable to upload images to media they aren't showing. If you can , please upload the attached image to meda, if it can show there, then i can relax.

    Regards,

    Manasseh Nyathi

    Hi,

    -  As i said, this is not theme bug because when i active default theme(Twenty Seventeen) this problem isn't solved. So if you buy other theme, still issue.

    - I want to help you find a solution but i can't help you more. Just recommend you should contact you hosting manager and send them attach image.
