I bought the modis theme. According to the commentaries, it includes the Bookly plugin (included in the price). After a few days, it was necessary to enter the license number. I thought it was the theme purchase code but it did not work. The message is “is not a valid purchase code for Bookly.”
Following your answer, I contacted the author of the theme. He replied that the purchase code is not good and that I have to buy the plugin too.
I do not understand and I can not get a clear answer either from you or from the author.
I have the same issue with the Bookly plugin. When I posted a request for support on the Modis theme page I explained that my support has expired since purchasing the theme a year ago, but I would like to get this fixed for my client.
I got an email response telling me to come here to open a ticket. Nothing else offered.
When I tried to open a ticket I was told my support had expired and to purchase another support agreement.
Now down to 4 days before the Bookly plugin will disable access to bookings and apparently no way to get support for a plugin that is supposedly included with the theme without purchasing additional support?
I do not understand. All comments indicate the opposite. I bought this theme exclusively for the bookly plugin as it was included. What am I supposed to do now? I already integrated my site with this theme. So I have to buy the plugin without refund? The author is not obliged to respect the compatibility of the updates? Thank you for proposing me a solution respecting your commitments.
If I have to buy the plugin. I would like to know which exact version should I choose for this theme.
Do I have to buy the full 89 € plug-in (Bookly - booking and scheduling system) or just an add-on (Bookly Custom Fields)? Thank you for helping me because I am completely lost.

Not cool.
Hi.
I'm so sorry for this.
Because plugin's author changed policy, so we can't share license now.
So yes, it's compatible with, but not come with Bookly.
Hope you understand.
Thanks.
