I have updated the form with the correct email (though the Contact Menu) and when completing the online form on the Contacts page, I don't receive any emails.
Is there something I need to change somewhere else so that I can receive the emails?
I have installed the Flamingo plugin for the time being, but need to know how to fix the problem.

Please change your email address in contact form and test again.
Really this is not theme bug, so we can't help you much more.
As my email is in office 365, hosting company advised we should use the plugin "Postman SMTP", which solved the problem and added some security to the form 7.
