The header / top nav / menu sometimes does not load correctly. When checking with my technical resource, they think it's a javascript issue. I have not updated the code for the theme at all. Attaching a screenshot ... appreciate your help here.
Ok. Not familiar with specific details of preloader, but understand the concept. Is that part of the BuildPro theme? I did not alter the theme other than with fonts/colors/etc., so it seems it should work that way when purchased. Can you help me here in terms of exactly what I need to do?
So I asked a technical resource to review the site ... their response is below.
"There looks to be a plugin added to the site that is trying to cache the assets and serve them up as a pagespeed file. The related compressed resource is not loading the css file when the page looks like your screenshot."
Can you tell me what that plug-in might be so I can remove it? Is it in Visual Composer? Or something else? What plug-in would be used to cache assets?

Hi,
It's not javascript issue, just css code hasn't loaded yet.
Css will load after HTML loaded then js. So sometimes network is slow, your website does not load correctly.
When you use preloader, your website will load well.
