I purchased the Mentor theme through Envato Market. I also purchased professional set up. The Tech and I (both) cannot get Revolution slider to install properly. See attached screenshot of error message.
I have tried the following as suggested on the support pages: Deleted and reinstalled the theme Mentor to Wordpress. Deleted and reinstalled the plug-in revolution slider. Tried to update revolution slider (unsuccessful).
I’m also having trouble updating the theme and also the Revolution slider. I followed your instructions for both. The plugin is packaged with the theme and should update with the “update button” but it goes to the “enter purchase code” screen instead. I received and email saying there was an update available for Mentor but the links just took me to the “you just purchased” page - with no update button and nothing new under the downloads button.
Please help.

I followed the instructions on the first link. The second link that says “slider-home zip” does not contain a zip file. Attached is a screen shot of what the download contains. Please send the zip file.
Nope. I click the blue “update” button and it takes me to a screen that says I need to purchase an activation code - even though it came bundled in the theme. Installed the new update for the theme successfully - it didn’t affect this situation at all.

You can dowmnload acctacment then import slider

You can ignore all the warning about "update" or "authorize this site".
We will update the theme with the newest plugins version every time we update the theme.
It didn't affect import slider.
If you can't import, you can send me admin account for check(set private reply)
