    Please can you help...

When i completed the website many weeks ago, i test the MP4 video on my phone and it worked fine. However, i have just logged back on to the website via my phone (Samsung S8) and the video no longer works. Any advice would be really appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Hi,

Now video mp4 can't work on some Android phone.

So you should add more link .webm and .ogg to video html5

    Hello,

Sorry for that, but HTML5 video not support and not work on mobile devices include IOS and Android OS.

On mobile devices, it's using a background image to instead background video.

You can check on our demo site: http://demo.archiwp.com/home-video/

    Thank you
