When I select the following Appearance options: Customize, Header, & Background. A Fatal Error is happening:
(TS) Social Icons
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ts_option_vs_default() in /home/glpatl/glp-atl.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/ts-essentials/includes/widgets/social-icons.php on line 96
There is an edit widget:(TS) button at the top of the screen but does not respond. Please help?

This theme doesn't support your plugin which you installed, you should contact author's plugin to be help.

I have test Hera Theme on local and not see any issue as you said.
Not access to Customize, Header, Background, just need setting in Hera Options.
