I have an issue with adding a full width button to a page I have contacted visual composer thinking it was there issue and there support said that it was the themes authur who has added code that is stopping this from working and that I should contact the the theme authur to fix this?

Im trying to add this to my "our services" page http://www.edwardsrenovations.com.au/design%E2%80%90melbourne%E2%80%90managment-build/ "get quotation" as you will see this is set at full width in visual composer and its not working.
Can you please help?
