Hi! While notified I needed to update both Visual Composer and Revolution slider, my VC did not update requiring purchasing a license, etc. But the Revolution Slider did update. Underneath the "plugin update completed" I was given this note:
Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=75339 in /home/logans15/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1877
Can you please let me know what this is referring to!? How do I solve this? Is it in the back end in my host's inmotion c-panel? Thanks!
I do not understand the video. Every single time there is an Archi theme update (which seems to be often since I have purchased the theme), I have to delete it all, save the previous version, reupload, reinstall, and reactive it to update the plugins? Please help me to get to a point where I can work forward with everything fixed. Can I send you my name and pw for account? Thanks

You want to update plugin lastest new version. it's easy.
You just go to your back-end --> plugins --> Deactive plugin you want to update --> delete this plugin.

And then, go to Back-end --> Appearance --> Install plugin --> reinstall this plugin.
