I was updating my site today and noticed that the theme options did not display properly. I went to a different computer to double check, and they didn’t display right there either (not even the same as on the first computer).
On the first computer only the bottom three tabs showed with the rest being gray on white. Is there a fix for this?

I can't access your FTP.
You are using old version, we updated this problem.
So you can update theme
or
Please unzip and replace this folder to "wp-content/themes/learn/framework"
Fixed, please check.
That fixed it, what was causing the issue?
We replace file admin.css in folder "theme-option" again and it worked.
